As a home buyer I totally agree. We have gone into some homes that as soon as you open the door the smells hit. We have been to a few homes where I have not been able to do a good viewing due to the overwhelming perfume smells. A couple I even refused to go into the house. As an asthmic I find it difficult to breathe.

So many good points here. Paint is the easiest thing to change and should never be a worry. The space itself and how you can arrange it to your personal needs is what should be primarily focused on.

The statistics on the success of kids graduating from private and public high schools is staggering. Obviously correlation does not mean causation, but if you have the choice, private seems to be the way to go.
